	December 2011 Acquired The Pinnacle of Scottsdale in Scottsdale, AZ. Acquired bank note and deed on Pinnacle Phase II property adjacent to The Pinnacle of Scottsdale. Acquired The Shops at Starwood plus adjacent land in Dallas area.
	October 2011 Announced value-add plans to transform Hispanic center: signed new 42,130sf lease with Bravo Ranch Supermercado at South Richey in Houston. Announced new 10,000sf lease for Skechers at Windsor Park in San Antonio.
	September 2011 Announced new 5,269sf lease for Rebellion Photonics at Plaza Park. Participated in BMO Capital Markets 2011 North American Real Estate Conference. Announced new 25,000sf lease for Ross Dress For Less at Windsor Park in San Antonio. Announced new Mattress FIRM® lease to develop 4,000sf out parcel at Windsor Park.
	August 2011 Purchased Terravita Marketplace in Scottsdale, AZ. Announced new 17,500sf lease for Teletron at Lion Square. Acquired Ahwatukee Plaza in Phoenix.
	July 2011 Added to Russell 2000 Index. Announced new 7,000sf lease for Skechers at Sugar Park Plaza Sale of Greens Road.
	June 2011 Entered into new revolving credit facility. Acquired Gilbert Tuscany Village in Phoenix area.
	May 2011 Announced pricing of public offering. Announced Dividend Reinvestment Program.
	April 2011 Announced purchase of Desert Canyon Shopping Center in Scottsdale, AZ.
2010
	November 2010 Acquired Sunnyslope Village in Phoenix (renamed Market Place at Central). Announced plans to transform Asian center in Houston's international district.
	September 2010 Acquired The Citadel in Scottsdale, AZ.
	August 2010 Completed initial public offering and listed Whitestone on NYSE/AMEX under the symbol "WSR".
	July 2010 Signed new lease with University of Phoenix, initiated re-development of Windsor Park Centre in San Antonio.
2009
	November 2009 Secured the symbol "WSR" on the New York Stock Exchange - AMEX in preparing the Company for listing. Began process to list Class B common shares on NYSE-Amex.
	May 2009 Formed in house Maintenance Department.
	April 2009 Completed Redevelopment - Westchase Plaza.
	February 2009 Improved balance sheet: replaced short term debt with maturities 5-7 years out. New Board Members: Daryl Carter, Dan DeVos. Filed Registration Statement Form S-11 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for equity offereing.
	January 2009 Entered Chicago market via acquisition - Spoerlein Commons. Implemented equity based Long Term Employee Incentive Ownership Plan.
2008
	October 2008 Aligned dividend with Funds From Operations (FFO).
	July 2008 Long Term Employee Incentive Ownership Plan approved at annual meeting with Declaration of Trust.

	May 2007 First annual meeting held by new management team. James Mastandrea appointed CEO.
